From the South
Take 275 East to Five Mile Road (Exit 69). Turn Left on Five Mile Road and travel approximately 1 mile. Cross Beechmont Ave going past Beechmont mall on your right. Turn Right on State Road. Turn Right into the parking lot of the Health Plex.
